SPECIAL WEBINAR: 50 Years of Protecting Polar Bears

In 1973, the Agreement on the Conservation of Polar Bears was formed by the world's five countries with polar bear populations. It kicked off a half-century of new research, policies, and management integral to polar bear protections, as well as our overall understanding of them as a species today.

On the 50th anniversary of this landmark multi-nation alliance, we're celebrating with a lively discussion between Natural Habitat Adventures and WWF experts on the past five decades of polar bear preservation, with a focus on Canada's Hudson Bay bears, collar-mapping efforts, and the benefits of conservation travel to help protect them into the future.
